Rothenberg downgrades Porter
By Wally EdgeThe Rothenberg Political Report is the latest to downgrade U.S. Rep. Jon Porter's (R-Las Vegas) chances.
Last week they ranked the 3rd Congressional District race as "Pure Toss-Up," but now they've shifted it to "Toss-Up/Leans Democratic".
